I partner with NGOs and community programs to support vulnerable young adults through coaching, mobilization, and meaningful human connection.

My journey started as a beneficiary of LP4Y, where I was once a young adult trying to find my place, build confidence, and feel included in society.
Like many young adults facing uncertainty and limited opportunities, I experienced the challenges of understanding myself while trying to move forward in life. Through guidance, mentorship, and community support, I slowly began to recognize my value and potential.
That experience shaped the way I connect with young people today.
Over the years, I built experience both in the corporate and community sectors, from working as a data analyst to becoming a career coach, facilitator, and program coordinator supporting youth inclusion initiatives.
Today, I work alongside NGOs and community programs to help young adults build confidence, strengthen life readiness skills, and create meaningful connections through coaching, mobilization, and community engagement.
For me, youth inclusion is not only about opportunities.
It is about helping young people feel seen, supported, and capable of building a future for themselves.
Practical and people centered support that helps organizations better engage, mentor, and empower young adults.

Accompanying young adults build confidence, self awareness, and readiness for opportunities through relatable guidance and mentorship.

Supporting organizations in understanding community needs and creating meaningful engagement with young adults.

Facilitating interactive sessions focused on communication, growth, employability, teamwork, and life readiness skills.

My work combines lived experience, corporate background, and years of youth inclusion work in the field.
From being a former youths of LP4Y to becoming a career coach and program coordinator, I have worked directly with young adults through coaching, workshops, mobilization, and community engagement initiatives.
My experience includes:
Youth coaching and employability preparation
Workshop facilitation and program coordination
Community engagement and outreach
Partnership collaboration with organizations and local communities
Corporate experience in data analysis and operations support
I believe effective youth work starts with trust, understanding, and genuine human connection.
Workshops, conversations, and real experiences that shape my approach to youth support.

Let’s connect and explore how we can support young adults through meaningful community engagement and mentorship.
Simple words and insights from those who have shared the work and journey with me.
